July 7, 2018 : We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I have to say I was very impressed with the service. It's reasonably priced, close to the airport and a short taxi drive to the centre (£3- £4) with all the main attractions. They provide a cheap shuttle service to the airport and arrange safe excursions. The rooms are comfortable, clean and air conditioned. If you include breakfast in your booking, you'll be pleasantly surprised. However what stands out about this hotel is the outstanding customer service, with staff who are multilingual and make you feel well looked after. A special mention has to be given to Adnan, I will definitely be recommending this place to others

April 27, 2018 : Hotel is located a bit far from Medina, but you can catch one of several buses going that way, and be there in less than half an hour. Buses are cheap, why not use them? Connection with the airport is also good, station for bus number 12 is a few minutes away.

February 22, 2018 : We stayed 5 days in Marrakech, a city that I can advise to everyone.

The hotel is situated in the new city of Marrakech, with a lot of very good restaurants in the neighbourhood (Loft, Mama Mia etc). The hotel personnel is very kind, they speak different languages (English, French and German). The hotel is clean, very nice and breakfast is top!

Unfortunately for us the restaurant was not yet open, bit it will within weeks.

If you want to go to the old centre, no problem just take a cab (but don’t pay more than
